We are a small business run by two people, and we take your privacy seriously. We only collect the information we need, we keep it safe, and we never sell your personal data to anyone.

Order and invoice details are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires us to.

Customer service messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your question or complaint, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookie data is kept for the period described in our cookie settings.

 

 

7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

To use any of these rights, send an email to support@jorivalex.com. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request. We will respond within one month.

 

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, please let us know so we can try to resolve it together. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

 

 

9. CHILDREN

 

Our website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe we have collected such data by mistake, please contact us and we will delete it.
